Logging food

Just wondering if any one had some suggestions on how to log dinners such as caseroles that have many different foods mixed together. Thanks for the help!

It depends on how many ingredients I have. If it's fewer than five I enter each one independently. If it's more I go to a recipe calculator and enter it all there to get the servings I need.

You can either log all the ingredients separately in MFP and click on "remember meal". Then say if the casserole is 6 servings you would enter 1/6 meal for serving size. Or you can use one of many recipe calculators available:

I thought I knew of another one but it escapes me. Good luck!:flowerforyou:0 -
