Thanks very much for all the lovely comment - I am blushing a bit reading them all. It's amazing how much energy and confidence that going down a size or just feeling a bit fitter or just getting a waistline again makes - I still have about a year to go until I get to where I want to be - but I am feeling good about getting fitter and healthier
