 My original goal weight was 195. Hit that then decided to try for 185 which would put me in the healthy BMI range. Got there then decided to drop down a little more to give me some breathing room. Now I'm trying to decide if I want to loose any more. I think 5 more pounds and I would have the start of a six pack.0
