What's the rush? Be healthy and be able to maintain it. It takes time.

If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to do it slow and healthy - train your body how to eat and how to burn.
But if you just want to drop a few pounds real quick, quit eating but you will probably pork it back up and then some within a few months. Not trying to be rude, just telling the truth.

Welcome to the real world - some things just don't happen the way we want them to.
I bet everyone on this site would like to "lose weight faster" but short of cutting off a limb, none of us are going to get to our ideal weight in a week. You will read about all kinds of gimmicks and scams but I'd suggest you save your money - eat at a moderate deficit, do some exercise and repeat these steps over a long period of time. It's boring but it works.

    Your diary isnt open
You havent given your height or activity level.
Dont know your start weight or how much you want to lose.

I am losing weight faster after calculating my BMR and my TDEE then never going below my BMR. I aim for a small deficit of 15% below my total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). I was stalled or losing very slowly at 1200- 1600 calories.

Using linear logic alot of people think that as you lose weight by creating a calorie deficit then making a huge deficit will mean you will lose weight even quicker. It doesn't work that way. Eat enough to fuel your body, calculate what you need dont guess or use the MFP suggestions without thinking.

Here is one link that exaplins how to do your calculations but there are alot of other links out there you can use.

Or you can save up for liposuction.

You only have 25 pounds to lose. That's going to go slowly no matter what, as long as you're being healthy about it. If you lose weight much faster, you'll most likely be losing more muscles than fat.

    This. We need more information.

In Brief ; You need to have a healthy diet, do cardio and weight training. Thats how your going to lose the weight and tone up.
There is no secret formula or anything thats gonna just take the weight off. Only surgeries lol.
