I'm on a roller coaster, I was 105 a few weeks ago but then I got up to 110, then back down to 107 and now I'm back up again :P

I need to kick it up a notch so I went back to very low carbs and more lean protien. And my goal this week is to exercise everyday with no excuses. Lets see what happens.0 -

Yes take measurements. The more I work out the less my weight comes off. I upped my cals to 1400 and I am measuring today so I can compare next friday.0 -
