    hello everyone. i also have 60 plus pounds to lose but thinking about it is overwhelming for me, so i plan to focus on losing 10 pounds and then keep going. for the past few years i have been really overweight and it has taken a serious toll on every aspect of my life. i'm looking forward to getting myself to a healthy weight. good luck everyone!
