I've lost 23 lbs. (180 - 157)
I've lost 15.3 inches (total)
I've dropped to a size 12 in jeans and a medium in dress and sweaters (from a 14 - pushing 16 in jeans and a large or extra large in tops.) I've accidentally tried on a size 10 skirt and it FIT! (I'm not feeling ready to buy a size 10 yet)
I've gone from a BMI on the top end of overweight into the HEALTHY range!!!!!
I went from not being able to run for 30 seconds to running 4.5 miles easily with 9'45" miles.
I went from doing the Arc Trainer for 20 minutes on Level 4 to doing it for 45 minutes on Level 10 (the highest!)
I'm sure there is WAY more...but that is what I can think of at this second.
My GW is to be around 130-135. I have about 25-30 lbs to go. I will see what I look like at those weights. I'm doing weights right now as well. Just machines but starting to move to free weight exercises. I work out 5-6 days a week. I do at least 60min of cardio on those days. I run outside on the weekends. I'm running my first 10k (my first race) on March 31. I track calories EVERY SINGLE DAY not matter what I eat. I stay under 90% of the time. I am always under on my weekly goals.
You can do it too. Stick with it!
