food processor help?

Hi! I just tried an awesome recipe from the blog "oh she glows" for creamy avocado pasta. It was awesome..but my "creamy" was more chunky than creamy. Any tips on how to make a cream sauce in a food processor? Do i need a better processor? That spinning blade just doesn't seem to "cream" anything really. Help!

    ok..so I'm guessing my avocado isn't ripe enough. I'm learning this now after watching some you tube videos on the subject. What would I do without you tube? I've had this problem before with my food processor though. Can't ever seem to get things to the creamy stage. Any advice??
