9 month results!!!

As of March 8th it has been 9 months since I started this lifestyle change. I was discouraged because I had not reached Onederland. But I knew I needed to keep going since I was only 2 pounds away. So on the 9th I weighed myself and I’m at 199.8, yep, one day later and I reached onederland! I stood there amazed got off, got on, got off, got on and then remembered to take a picture. I’m not going to step on the scale again for awhile because I DO NOT want to see the dreaded two as a first number. I have to say it has been at least 15 years since I had a one as a first number, if not longer.

So my totals as of today…

9 months and 2 days are 60.2 pounds and 60 inches gone!

I know, how crazy is that!!! I went from a pant size of 24 to a 16 and a 3X in shirts to a XL that I bought today. I can now shop in the “misses” section. No more plus size for this girl! My next goal is 180 and then my final is between 135-140.

I cannot thank MFP and my friends and family enough. I had some really rough patches. But with everyones support I made it. It can only get better from here!
