Starting weight: 170 lbs.
Mini goal weight for March 31st: 165 lbs.
Goal weight for April 15th: 163-61 lbs.

I always have a problem maintaining momentum with food... working out is not a problem, I do that 6x per week without fail, rain or shine, sick or well. My problem is food and I need to focus on that... hoping this will help!0 -
