I've lost 15 lbs in the last few months and made some really directed changes to my life.

    Read your blog - awesome! That's exactly how losing weight should be. You have to change your lifestyle, not refuse to eat for a few months and then gain everything back when you start eating like crazy again. Congrats on your success!

    Loved your blog.. Am working on changing my lifestyle at the moment.. Way too much time spent sitting at a desk and not 1/8 enough time spent exercising..

    Your blog gives me even more motivitation to kick my *kitten* and get going on moving my *kitten* more..

    Heading over to San Fran in May and my brother has entered me into a 5k race in San Fran while I'm there.. I plan to be able to run it - not walk it!!
