March to April goal - 8lb loss AND continue work out regimen for the entire month.0

I started my new healthy lifestyle on Monday 27th Feb this year I have a huge amount to lose in total.
I aim to lose 14lbs by 1st April, doing ok so far and will post my loss on each Monday.0 -
I am setting a goal of 7lbs for March-April. anything over I will count as a bonus.I need to loose 28 lbs by June so that I can then look for a fab outfit for my daughters wedding.

March to April - I want to get in a minimum of 3500 calories burned per week. Hopefully this will lead to the more obvious weightloss goals that I have, for now I would be happy with losing 5 lbs. I have kept my calories eaten to a pretty decent level and would like to continue this also.0

by the end of march- 170
by the end of april- 165, & fit into a size 10 or maybe even an 8???0 -
By April, I hope to be 138 lbs (-5lbs) and I want to have lost at least another 4 inches from my waist and belly combined (or more). I also hope to fit into more of my pants.0

This is my first month, so I really want to stick with the tracking and stay on the plan. That will be the best thing for me, because then I will hopefully be able to be one of those people who come out next year with big weight loss. I hope to post on April 1 that I have logged in for 32 days!
In terms of loss, 6 would be good. 4 would see me back into the 100s, and that would make me very happy.0 -
Between Feb 6 & March 1st, I lost 10lbs, and went from a 35" waist to 33" waist.
This month, I'd like to lose another 10lbs, and am challenging myself to work out at least 5 days a week (in addition to walking my dogs each day)0 -

March first I was 175 . By april 1st I would like to be in the 160's like 165-166 and go down to a size 10.0 -
I WILL have completed the second month of turbofire!

My goal is to log my food everyday and continue to work towards (2 mile run with no stopping) running a 5K in May.0

I've only been on my diet/exercise plan for 2 weeks. I weigh 202 (200 this morning but i'm not counting that since it wasn't weigh in day.) I'd love to lose 10 lbs by March 31st, and hopefully another 10 by the end of April. I figured since i'm pretty heavy and just started 10 lbs would be okay at my weight. After that I'm going to keep it a 2lbs per week. I'm exercising 6 days a week and will start the 30ds on Monday. Going to Cancun on May 21st so I want to lose as much as I can by then..lol. while keeping it healthy of course. :-)0

My bday is at the end of april so I was hoping to be down to 150. I weigh about 160 now. Not sure if ill make it but I will try my best to get down as far as I can.0

My weight fluctuates between 135 and 145 lbs. I'd love to be 138 lbs and stay there for good!0

I am currently down 10 lbs at 176lbs..would like to make it to the 160's by april, (at least 7 lbs) and feel good enough to buy myself a new outfit..in a smaller size? i have a trip to florida planned april 26th and i want to be at 160 or less by then! fingers crossed!0

Hmmm...I'm trying to stay away from actual pound goals since those have frustrated me in the past.
At the beginning of April I will have completed one month of personal training, and I hope to see 2 more inches off my waist, 1 inch off my hips and to be able to get through all of my workouts within an hour!0 -

My goal is to have abs (that you can see) by April. While I dont expect to reach my goal by the beginning of April I have no regrets. Who knows... maybe I can get them by the end of April.0
