30 Day Shred Results (1st Month) - With pics!

This past week I had finished Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and I have to say that I'm pretty pleased with the results! I just started MFP a month ago and I'm really love the support that everyone gives. It's so motivating to hear others stories and know that you aren't alone. I posted below my start weight/measurements and my final weight/measurements after being on this program for a month and doing the 30DS. I have also posted before and after pictures (which is very hard/embrassing to put out there, but maybe you can see the difference and get inspired to push forward). I am now going to be starting JM's Burn Fat Boost Metabolism tonight...I'll let you know how those results are next month!

Good luck with banish fat boost metabolism! The first time I did it I thought I was going to die/pass out/boot haha. It's a great DVD but a lot different from 30 day shred!!!! Really amazing workout. Nice work you look great!0
