High Protein good or bad?

I am always much higher than my goal for protein. I always come under in carbs. I think this is because I was an avid South Beacher at one time and I am just used to eating this way. The bold red makes me a little nervous. Is there anything really wrong with eating more protein than the goal MFP makes for you?? I stay within my calories and try to keep the other stuff low. I eat a lot of eggs, greek yogurt, spinach, low fat cheese, meats, beans, etc. I do incorporate carbs for snacks at times.
Thanks so much for any information or advice!

no protein is good! unless you have some major health issues that is
mfp always sets protein levels low, i aim for 1g of protein per 1lb lean body mass/ day (around 100-110g/day) and am always in the red
unless your taking in ridiculously high amounts or have kidney probs i wouldn't stress!0 -
As long as you dont go over 2.5g per kg of body weight, you'll be fine0

MFP sets the protein amounts very low. I went in and adjusted my macros to 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fats---at the advice of many fitness professionals and a nutritionist, this has been EXTREMELY helpful in my weight loss while giving me the right amount of fuel to strengthen muscle along the way.0

Thank you! I changed my percentages, hope that helps me too :-)0
