I am curious. What daily supplements is everyone taking?
I take a daily multivitamin

then
4 fish oil tabs per doctors orders (4000mg)

    multi-vit, 3 cod liver oil, magnesium and quinton.

    I take a glucosamine tablet, 1 cod liver oil capsule, 1 omega 3,6 and 9 capsule and a multi-vitamin with pro biotic every day. :smile:

    I just take a Women's Multivitamin......wow maybe I should up it! Not really sure what else to take, any suggestions and why?

    Glucosamine chondroitin (spelling?) (twice a day)
    Vitamin C (twice a day)
    Vitamin D (twice a day)
    Biotin
    B-complex
    B-12

    I also cycle creatine, which I add to my protein shakes when I'm using it.

    B vits, multivit with probiotics, fish oil, cranberry, iron, peppermint oil

    I take them all at once before bed with my sleeping pils and antidepressants.

    I'm sure I would rattle if I jumped up and down.

    Fiber gummies... mmm.

    That's it so far. Started to try whey protein powder after working out, we'll see how that goes.

    one omega 3 (flex seed) vegetarian capsule
    one probiotic (high strength) tablet
    Berocca - multivitamin tablet that you add to water

    Interested to hear about the cinnamon and green tea tablets, do they work?

    I take a Women's Multivitamin, and that's it. Unless you count Paxil and birth control as "supplements."
