                    I am curious. What daily supplements is everyone taking?
I take a daily multivitamin
then
4 fish oil tabs per doctors orders (4000mg)

            I take a glucosamine tablet, 1 cod liver oil capsule, 1 omega 3,6 and 9 capsule and a multi-vitamin with pro biotic every day.

            B vits, multivit with probiotics, fish oil, cranberry, iron, peppermint oil
I take them all at once before bed with my sleeping pils and antidepressants.
I'm sure I would rattle if I jumped up and down.0 - 
            I take a women's multi-vitamin and a Vitamin B complex.0
