So I just started using this tool and hopefully have a really easy question. It set me at 1200 cal a day but with exercise it earns me more cals. If I stick to the 1200 and don't eat the extra cals it lets me have, will I still lose weight?
Any help appreciated.

that is a great question. I am new at this as well and I seen how it calculates that. It put me at 1200 calories/day, and when i add in my exercise 300-400 calories burned then it deducts off my calories and telling me i have this many ramaining.
Waht is net calories vs calories? I'm confused0
