my heaviest weight was 230lbs! the following pics are of me somewhere around that give or take a few lbs, funny thing is until looking back at these pics i didnt actually realise how big i was, i try and look at these pics regularly to remind myself to never lose control again :)

and the following are of me now 174lbs. still got a long journey to get to where i want to but i know with my new found frame of mind and determination that i can do it :)

    about 56 altogether, just over 4 stone but thats over 2 yrs!! a bit on a bit off and so on and so on. . . . . but im motivated again now!! :) not long been using this site but ill be a regular user now ive had a nose around it and realised how good it is :)
