    ***UPDATE***

    Made some more progress. This morning for the first time in as long as I can remember I weighed in at less than 200 lbs. 199.4 to be exact. My original goal was to get down to 205 but now I want to get down to 190. Will keep you posted. A little bit more trimming down to work on as I turn my attention to becoming super defined.
