Veggie dip that makes you WANT to eat vegetables!

I came up with this last night, through a combination of looking up recipes online and my own creativity.

It is seriously the best veggie dip I've ever had, and so healthy for you too!

Ingredients: 1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
about 3 TBS of lemon juice
2 TBS of dry "good seasons' Italian Dressing package
Mrs. Dash and Black pepper to taste.

stir together and enjoy! the only thing with calories is the greek yogurt, so even if you pig out and eat 1/4 cup of the tip it is still only like 33 calories.
