Hey everyone, My name is David and I'm 20 years old. I started off at 257 pounds, and I'm now down to 248 after a month of diet and exercise. My ultimate goal is to lose 100 pounds by summer of 2013. I've been overweight for as long as I can remember but I finally feel like I'm at the age where I can really stick to a weight loss plan. I guess I'm just looking for motivation and some online friends who are in the same kind of boat as me to encourage each other. Thanks!
