Hey guys I'm really excited at all the great success stories on here and can't wait to add my own.
My question is for all the BIG guys on here.
What are/were your stats
Height - 6'5
Start weight - 456
Current - 410
TShirt size before 4/5xlt
After/during - 4xlt (almost a 3xlt, instead of mostly 5xlt)
Jean before - 52-32
After/during - 48-32
Thanks for indulging me.
We should really start a clothes "trading" selling network. Casual Male & Mr. Big & Tall get expensive during this whole losing phase.
Cheers

Not me but my boyfriend is 6ft 3 and at his heaviest was 400lbs he's now 351 and has achieved that in just over 3 months!

He's gone from a 56inch waist to a 48inch waist too! I'm very proud of him
So I'm behind you guys! Keep it up!0 -

This is awesome guys. I can't wait to get to a 2xlt and possibly buy clothes in a normal store. In Canada even the big guy stores only carry most tall shirt up to a 3xlt. So I've had to order or shop in the US when I'm down there. Up here after 3xlt there aren't many 4xlt or 5xlt's so I'm left with belly shirts.
This, along with trying to fit more comfortably on a plane are a couple of my biggest motivators. My kids of course are the biggest reason!
I just wish there were more big sizes in the Thrift stores so I could buy more while I was loosing weight. But pretty soon I'll be able to get some from the Winners store ( think Kohls or Burlington ) for Canada.
Once a again way to go guys.0 -
Here are my stats
6' 4"
Starting weight - 380lbs
Current Weight - 361
Pant size - 48
Shirt Size - 4xl (some 3xl)

Please add me as a friend. I would love to follow others who are in the same boat as I am.0 -
Oh, I cant wait till I am no longer the fat guy on an airplane. Not only is it so uncomfortable, but people literally hate you and pray their seat is not next to yours. I dont blame them really.0
