I recently added My Body by Young the Giant. The chorus goes like this:
My body tells me no
But I won't quit
Cause I want more
Cause I want more
My body tells me no
But I won't quit
Cause I want more
Cause I want more
It's got a good beat and I save it for the last 4 minutes when I am on the eliptical to push me through.

I agree.....She even has a mini work out that goes to that song....It really kicks my butt after doing it for about 3 or 4 rounds.0 -
I did a totally "scientific" test yesterday while running laps at a track.
For angry songs like Du Hast or Snap Your Fingers Snap Your Neck, I run at 7.25 mph.
But while listening to LMFAO's Party Rock Anthem, I run at 8 mph.0 -
I'm sexy and you know it!0
