    I make something similar to this very frequently.

    I used ground turkey in mine (use the right seasonings and you dont even need cheese or sour cream) and long leaf romaine lettuce so it has more form and crunch.

    Glad you found this recipe. You can make a lot of things lower carb this way.

    tinalatina, I'm not a big fan of plain tomatoes, so pico de gallo is an excellent suggestion.
