I'm going to give this a try, my daughter made this account for me months ago and I have never used it, or even tried to do anything like this before. It's all NEW to me and hopefully I can make new friends and we can support each other thru this journey of ups and downs of trying to lose weight. I am 58 yrs. young, my children are grown, my husband works all night long, and the Tv, Food and me, myself and I are my worst enemies!! Food is my best friend at night time when I am lonely, sad, bored, or just because... if you can relate, or have any suggestions, or just want to talk and share your views, I'll listen. (:
