New member and thought I would say hi. I know i should do a search first and will but thought hi and a question is a better start.
I am always low on my potassium for the day and week. I don't do any beans in my diet but it has to be more then that as I am WAY low.
Thanks.

Also realize that many foods in the database DO have potassium but DON'T list the amount, as companies are not required to label the amount of potassium in the nutritional facts. This can make it appear that you have a huge lack when you really do not.0
