    Your journey is a lot like mine. I was almost 225 lbs when I started. And a 40 pound loss was my first goal. But now I think I will change it from a 40 pound loss to a 55 pound loss.
    Thanks for giving your story because it has given me encouragement.

    I was 183 odd lb for years and my ex husband considered me so fat I was unattractive. Since then I've cranked on the fat and am near your start weight. I'm looking at 183 and thinking there is absolutely nothing wrong with that weight and you certainly do look attractive. What an eye-opener. :)

    I don't eat my exercise calories either. I eat a little more if I did weight training, but not cardio.
