    312lb was my starting weight and My current weight is 158lbs.. and I am Right at 5'4" ;)

    Great work...very inspiring...btw I want your home gym! Mine is a laptop, some dvds, a yoga mat and 2,3 and 5 pound dumbells! LOL, but I'm down 33 pounds with just that!
