    Today is My 415 Day on MFP and Just wanted to share a bit of my story...I have loss over 150+lbs during this time By Just Exercising and a Low Calorie diet ((1200-1500))
    No Weight loss Surgery or Fad Diets... Done Completely thru DETERMINATION!!!!!!! Here are A good bit of My Before and After Pictures to see Where I have Come From.. Also a Few Pics of My home gym where I have had lost alot of Blood, Sweat and Tears along My Journey...

    I know If I CAN & DID do this, that anyone can... I Finally Believe in Myself more today then I ever have and know that I can Accomplish ANYTHING I put my mind to by Just BELIEVING in ME.....

    i was loooking into getting a heavy bag. How did it work out for you??? Your results are AMAZING!!

    I Love it!!! ;) I love have different options for my workouts daily... I also have an outdoor obstacle course I am still working on with tractor tires, sand bags, rope climbing and picking up a Undulation Rope today.. ;)
