Just taking a min to say hello to everyone. I found this web site yeasterday and I truly beleive this is the motivation I was looking for. My husband and kids are number one in my life, but this add on will be the key to my weight loss. I wish everyone success. Hope to speak with some of you soon.

    You know, my family is #1 too...but I have been thinking that if some days I put myself #1 everyone would be happier :wink:
