Aside from a multivitamin, what other dietary vitamins/supplements (i.e. fish oil, cinnamon, etc.) do you take daily? What benefits or adverse effects have you personally experienced?

Multi- you'll never really notice this
Fish Oil- Helps with my joints and good source of EFAs
Beta Alanine- buffers muscles from the effects of lactic acid.
BCAAs- energy boost during stressful workouts and limits damage to muscles
Caffeine- alertness for 4:30 AM workouts.0 -
I've been taking double chocolate pudding daily for two weeks. It's really satisfied my chocolate deficiency.0

I take a multi, just to cover all my bases, vitamin D for my joints, fish oil, and calciumn but my dr recomended them all, I was having a great deal of joint pain and now except for after a really hard work out I dont feel any pain from my joints.0
