My 30 Day Shred Results 16th March

So I did Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred for 30 days without a break, doing 10 days at each level and using 1.5kg hand weights. I am 5ft 6.
Not a MAJOR change (Def not as good as some people's results on here!!) but I can see a difference and I actually have a gap between my thighs!!!! And my arms have muscles! lol
I will carry on with 30 DS starting at Level 1 again until the 20th April when I go away
And my RESULTS of 30 Day Shred are... (WARNING BELLY PHOTOS)
Front Day 1 and Day 30
Back Day 1 and Day 30
Side Day 1 and Day 30
Front all Day 1's and Day 30
Back all Day 1's and Day 30
Side all Day 1's and Day 30

Great job! I'm just finishing up Week 1 of the Shred. I've been working out a long time so I don't think I'm gonna have phenomenal results, but hopefully I'll be able to see a little change. I am hoping for some muscle definition, which I can definitely see in you.0

You look great! Can see great changes especially in your midsection. But why in your inches lost did you only add in 1 arm & 1 leg? Not trying to be technical but you should claim what you earned0

Great Job!! I can definitly tell a difference esp around your belly. Love that you took pictures on the first day of each level. I can tell a difference from each level picture. Congrats!0

Wow, can definitely tell a difference - great dedication! You can definitely tell in your stomach, your arms look more defined, and not that I was specifically checking it out, but your butt looks smaller and more lifted too!0

Great job! I just posted mine this morning (no pics because I can't figure out how, but they're on my profile). I lost 11 inches total! Started Ripped in 30 this week, hoping for similar results.
