For me, the answer would be another question. How long has it been since I've splurged?

I don't splurge too much... And it IS St Patrick's day tomorrow...

I got the calories...it's just all the salt!!! :noway: I'll be in the 4,000s with sodium.

If you've been good recently, you probably deserve to enjoy a reuben. Now I want one, too...

I would totally eat the reuben. If you want to try to be a little healthier you could always go for the turkey reuben!

I would say no to a reuben, but only because I don't like them. If you want it, have it. Make sure you drink a lot of water and don't worry about it. ;)

Hey, if you have the calories, GO FOR IT! Yeah, the sodium is aweful (and you'll probably retain water tomorrow), but you can limit it the next couple days and drink lots of water.

Live your life, just be smart about it! :)

Just drink extra water and remember (if you're weighing the day after) that the gain you see on the scale is likely water retention.

Definitely eat the Rueben. But not if it's from Arby's, theirs suck! Drink tons of water to flush the salt out and enjoy :)

    Hmm...that is a tricky question....however...Rueben's are not irish...they are German/American based.
:) However for yummy's sake....just use turkey & not a ton of kraut. & mustard not thousand island. ;)

Oh, now I am craving a Reuben! If you make your own, there is fresh sauerkraut at the supermarket-it is chilled and has less sodium!

Eat half with an apple and plenty of water for lunch and the other half for dinner. Then let that be your splurge for the week.
