    get a small piece of choc, put it on a banana, with peanut butter, put it in tinfoil and in the oven.

    Bread, celery, or apples. Or on a spoon by itself... Yum.

    I put a tablespoon of PB on one Blueberry Eggo Waffle when I want a snack! TO DIE FOR!!! Yeah, sounds kinda weird, but it started when I was pregnant with my son and I've done it ever since. And it's filling!!! :o) You could do the multigrain waffle too, but I just love the taste of it with the Blueberry!

    Try it on:
    an apple
    whole wheat toast or light multi grain english muffin especially with sliced banana
    rice cake
    waffles with peanut butter & sliced banana

    and last but not least
    stir it into your low fat/no fat chocolate pudding :wink:

  • I can't remember where I read this, but one suggestion is to split a banana, spread peanut butter between the halves and freeze it. Yummers. Also, my 6 year old caught me eating a spoonful once and asked what I was eating. I said "peanut butter on spoon". He now asks for it by that name.

    I put it in my peanut butter cup flavored protein shake. It makes a great dessert! 1 tbsp of peanut butter and one scoop of protein powder if mixed with water is 210 calories, and very filling!

    I've been really hungry right before bed. My evening snack of a popsicle or piece of candy isn't cutting it plus I probably shouldn't be eating sweets every night anyway. I thought peanut butter may be a good evening snack that would keep me filled up. I'm trying to watch my carbs also, especially in the evening so don't want to make a sandwich. Other than celery, how else do you eat peanut butter.

    I'm not opposed to just eating spoonfuls but me sitting in front of the tv with a spoon and jar of peanut butter is dangerous!

    Plain on a spoon is good enough (don't hold the jar, just take a spoonful and put the jar away). I also eat it with Green & Black's 85% cocoa dark chocolate, in a fruit smoothie, on an apple, on a banana ...

    There isn't much it doesn't go with.

    I eat everything with peanut butter. Bananas, celery, pretzels, whole wheat crackers.. it's great on a low carb tortilla with banana slices.. like a peanut butter pizza! It's great on apples, in protein shakes, in oatmeal...

    Damn I love peanut butter.

    Forgot this one: It's AMAZING with cheddar cheese. I used to love peanut butter and cheese sandwiches when I was a kid. You gotta try that one.

    Put one heaping teaspoonful of peanut butter in the microwave at 75% power for about 20 seconds.
    It gets all runny.
    Drizzle that over miniwheat cereal.

    Apples, of course.

    Mix it in with the Jello Sugar Free Chocolate pudding (60 cals) - tastes like a reese's cup - yummy!

    Mix it in with plain fat free yogurt and maybe a little honey.

    That is exactly what I like to eat my peanut butter with, except I LOVE chocolate graham crackers (Honey Maid). They actually have less calories than the plain ones :happy:

    Couple people have said it, but I second it with oatmeal. It is my go-to breakfast. Oatmeal with PB and cinnamon......banana on the side. LOVE it. Can't stand consistency of oatmeal with water or milk, so this works out great for me. Kinda like a pre-fab granola bar. Agree with the apple, celery, and banana ideas too. My son has it on Kashi waffles every morning in lieu of butter/margarine. A fav of his.
  • I eat it just on a spoon at night help kill the swet craving just dont take the jar with you put it awaylol.
    it would be good with an apple also.

    I like the peanut butter flavore multi grain cheerios....
    I eat peanut butter with apples, and celery, and I even mix a tblsp of it in my body by vi shake with the chocolate mix in or some cocoa powder....OMG taste like a Reese's in a cup

    I eat it on almost everything. My favs are: Apples, Wheat thins, Microwaved bananas, grapes, carrots, celery, toast, waffles, Its really good in oatmeal!, and i LOVE it with Sweet potatoes. Haha strange i know
