After losing 35 pounds (
) I'm now 5'6 and 115 pounds which is borderlining an unhealthy BMI but I'm so frustrated because I have the farthest thing from a flat stomach. I know I can do toning excercises, but don't I still have to lose the fat on top of my abs? please help I don't know what to do!

Congratulations!!! :flowerforyou: Don't worry about your BMI. Keep doing cardio, but also do weights, because that will keep your weight up with beautiful, toned muscle.0

it's not only possible, but the most healthy way to go, to lose fat while maintaining. If you add in good, Higher Intensity exercise, and maintain a calorie balance through good nutritious food, you should be able to lose the fat. It takes a while, usually a year or so of sustained, consistent eating and exercise, but it CAN be done. I know because I did it, and it took me about a year to do.
Best luck to you.0
