30 Day Shred Question

What should I be logging it as for my exercise? I'm been using the high impact aerobics, but I wasn't sure. I just started Level 2 today I've been alternating between 30 day shred and the Ease into 5k Program (I'm on week 4!).

I've been logging 30DS in as 20 minutes of circuit trainging, but not sure how acurate it is. I am going to get a HRM tonight so I know what I am burning.0
