30 Day Shred Question

What should I be logging it as for my exercise? I'm been using the high impact aerobics, but I wasn't sure. I just started Level 2 today :) I've been alternating between 30 day shred and the Ease into 5k Program (I'm on week 4!).

    I think most people have been logging it as Circuit Training.

    I've been logging 30DS in as 20 minutes of circuit trainging, but not sure how acurate it is. I am going to get a HRM tonight so I know what I am burning.
