losing inches>losing lbs

Looking for other people with similar goals and tips on toning and losing inches (esp in the midsection) rather than losing lbs!!

    I am looking to lose inches and get into shape rather than see a big difference on the scale.

    Strength training. Be sure to add core exercises like deadlifts, deep squats, and elevated split lunges. I'm getting real results doing these.
