HELP! I ate wayyyyy too much yeaterday...and on top of that i have been eating bad for the past couple weeks.
I need to go on a diet for a little bit.
Need recipes and ideas to lose around 2-3 pounds!

I exercise a lot. i used to everyday but now i work so its 4 times a week. I usually do 20 minutes of cardio, then 45 minutes of strength, and 10 minutes of more cardio.0

Just make sure your cardio is intense, sweating a lot! Maybe try increasing your time a little bit too..0

i think im just going to eat super healthy with low fat and healthy fats. Low carbs. and low sugar....and exercise!0
