    200 sounds crazy to me, cause I can barely do more then 10...... But I'm up to the challenge to better my tummy. June is around the corner and I have to get my sexy right!

    I started last week, plus doing the the 100 push-ups and 25 pull-ups. Its a good program good luck everyone.

    first set 40
    second 30
    third 20
    forth 10

    I've also decided/realized that I neglect my back and lower back, so what do you think about doing Supermans (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cc6UVRS7PW4) in between the sets of the sit-ups? {For example, using my numbers, do 15 sit-ups, do 15 Supermans, rest, do 18 sit-ups, 18 Supermans, rest, etc. }

    5 - 20 (supposed to have been a minimum of 38) smoked!!
