Rewards

I have seen a lot of people on here setting up systems where they reward themselves when they lose certain amounts of weight. Here are my questions.
-Do you set up a reward system for yourself? If so what kind of rewards to you have for reaching certain goal marks.
I am getting very close to losing 15 pounds but am hesitant to set any rewards for myself because the 20 pound mark is much more important to me. Any suggestions, input would be appreciated. Thanks and have a great day!

a reward im looking forward to giving myself is buying new jeans and some summer clothes! I'm looking forward to it, bc i think that once i update my wardrobe a little, and get more flattering clothes, i'll be even more motivated to continue on the journey! A couple weeks ago I let myself get a new haircut that i've wanted to try for a while, and its also more flattering than it was before.0

I've thought about setting up some kind of rewards system for myself when i reach a goal. Maybe you could do something small for yourself when you hit 15 and do something bigger when you hit the 20 pound mark since that's more important to you. Rewards can be really nice and motivational and you should treat yourself to something for being successful!0

I don't have any kind of rewards system. My reward is simply looking and feeling better But if that motivates and works for you, go for it!0

My husband and I agreed to a few motivational rewards - all of which happen at the increments of 10 pounds. Some of my "rewards" include a haircut, an Algea wrap and detox, 90 minute massage, new clothes, a heated seaweed wrap, pedicure. These are things that I rarely get to do for myself, so I am very much looking forward to each and everyone. )0

I rewarded myself for just mustering up the will power and determination to really set my mind to losing weight and joining MFP! I bought an 'anchor bracelet' (literally, in my case), which keeps me 'anchored' to my goals by being visible all the time when I'm out and about. It's a sort of grounding reminder of why I want to lose weight - get in shape, be healthier, and have more confidence. Seeing it on my wrist helps push me to walk instead of taking the bus, or not eat that cookie on the way out of the dining hall. It's a physical, constant presence that reminds me why I'm on this journey
I'm someone who is very motivated by material things, though, so the 'anchoring' strategy and rewards systems might not work for everyone. Personally, if I have a little reward enticing me to lose those next couple of pounds, I'll be more motivated!
Some of my other planned rewards are a massage at 10 pounds (something I haven't had the body confidence to do yet!), and a new bathing suit when I reach my goal!
