Not hungry,still 600cal left for today, what to do?

Had a very busy day and now the day is done. I'm not the least hungry and I'm way under my cal count for the day. Any sugestions?

    I'd just call it a day. if you are not hungry, you simply aren't hungry. It is not like you are starving and depriving yourself. It's just one of those days. As long as it isn't happening on a regular basis you should be fine. I don't think it ever is a good idea to force feed yourself.

    If that peanut butter suggestion appeals to you though, you'll only need a few spoonfuls. ;)

    maybe a glass of skim milk? or a piece of fruit.. or just go to bed. everyonce in a while it wont hurt, as long as you're not doing it all the time.

    And that is a very good suggestion. Unfortunately me and the spoon become one with the peanut butter. But I like the suggestion!!!

    Warm milk and honey? Or maybe just something you crave but don't allow yourself.
    You can have a fair amount of a treat for under 600 calories so if you want to splurge, if you don't prepare to wake up very hungry tomorow.
