I thought this would be a fun AND helpful game!
Rate the above poster's food diary from 1-10, but don't limit it to only numbers! Let the above poster know why they got rated the way they did, and how they can improve or not!
*Oh! And please make sure to write the individuals screen name that you are rating...I know things can get confusing! *
By giving advice you are allowing yourself to receive advice in return.
Constructive criticism, compliments, tips, pointers. You name it!
Not everyone has perfect eating habits! (definitely myself included.)
We can all learn from each other, and we might even see something we like and add it to our daily diary. :P
(As for me, I would LOVE some pointers. I don't think my eating habits are all that great.)
For those who do rate mine, I would appreciate if you would rate yesterday's diary (3/17/12). My diary today is pretty plain, I have barely gotten any calories in. :P

Pretty good! I have got to try almond milk. I really like silk vanilla.
I see that somebody had some sushi tonight! Jealous!
I gave you a 9/10 because of the chips. I realize you made your calorie goal and did really well. But you should probably cut out the chips and replace them with something healthy like yogurt. I don't even know if 12 chips would be worth 300 calories to me. :P0 -

You have some really healthy choices on there! Good job. The only downside is that you are pretty low on your calories.
Try to eat at least 1300. I plateaued for a while because I wasn't eating enough, and once I started eating more I started to lose weight. Can't argue against that! :P0 -

thanks! yea I usually eat slightly above 1300, but I had a very bad weekend being st paddys day with the alchoal consumed so I thought I best be good. Luckily my weight stayed the same, just haven't lost any.0

Watch that sodium! It's not your friend. Also are you sure the enchiladas didn't have any sodium? I was super shocked about that! lol
I don't know much about "fit foods". Is it processed? If it is try to stay away from processed salty foods.
