Started my journey at 317lbs, started 30 day shred at 297lbs. Finished 30 day shred in 35 days, and am now 284lbs.

    its a great workout, good on you. I have gone from 107kg (235.4pnd) to 100.8kg (221.8pnds) in the 30 days.My face pics in my profile show it. Impressed at how much stronger I feel, how about you? Starting on ripped in 30 now :o)

    As a man who has been through all of the exercises of Insanity and P90X, I have to say that the 30 Day Shred definitely holds its own.....although I will do any of the videos 2 times back-to-back.
    I guess I'm just too used to working out at least an hour.

    I'm starting Ripped in 30 on Tuesday! Also going to add in some extra cardio a few times a week. I know the difference isn't much, but I FEEL a million times better and am so much more confident. The increase in stamina alone is amazing.

    You may not feel the difference is much, but it is a *noticeable* difference, and you should be proud.
