    i use the diet whey and my boyfriend and his mate both use the synergy 7 and we all like them.. i'm no expert but they both mix well, they taste alright (apart from the strawberry, i didn't like it).. hope this helps a little :)

    I've decided to go with the powder from MyProtein here in the UK. Cheaper and very similar quality. It is cheaper, because it comes straight from the supplier.

    i have been using phd diet whey with great sucess, tastes nom nom, and i love the belgium chocolate as it gives me my chocolate fix. I have ordered from myprotein this morning just to have a go as the 1kg bag lasts longer than phd and is cheaper. not sure what itll be like but the impact whey has had great reviews so have ordered it!
