Protein pancakes w/ mixed berries, 68 cal each!!

1/2 cup whole meal self raising flour
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup frozen berries (I used seasons choice three berrie mix)
1/2 cup natural seed mix- with pine nuts (optional- I didn't have any walnuts left)
4 egg whites
2 packets of Splenda
1 tablespoon of LSA (optional)
1 teaspoon of honey

Makes 9 pancakes (1/4 cup of mix onto the pan)

    It's like a seed mix that is all crushed up and stuff. I don't know how to explain it but it's SO healthy. You can put it in anything as its tasteless. Pancakes, stir fry, cereal whatever :-)

    These are my protein pancakes. Not sure of the macros...

    1/2 cups old-fashioned oats processed into flour
    1/4 cup cottage cheese (I use low-fat)
    1/4 cup egg whites
    1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

    Process in food processor, fold in fruit of choice and make like regular pancakes. You can even sub the almond milk with pumpkin puree and add pumpkin pie spice.
