vegan african strew, I made it with half the amount of peanut butter and doubled the chickpeas to make it lower in fat...but still enough protein/fibre and quite large portion too...only 440 kcal's per portion and about 450g really filling...add a little bit of chilli if you want that extra zing and bring out all the flavours...yummy!!0 -

I eat fruit and oatmeal for breakfast and yogurt for snack. Then I eat a good size dinner, followed by 6 jolly ranchers green & cinnamon. Well it won't do much good if we are not honest, right?:happy:0
