Did you stay within you nutritional goals?
No. I am in some kind of defunk!:grumble: I am not sticking to my workout schedule, which affects me eating w/in my calories. I did good yesterday until dinner @ my parents. The meal was on the healthy side, but I had seconds.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
No:sad:

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Did good at eating what I packed at work.

What would I have done differently? EXERCISED

What is today's personal goals?
Stay within my calories and drink all my water. I made myself get up and start wk 5 of Couch to 5K, so my workout is done.:flowerforyou: And I feel good. That's the silly thing...when I stay on track I feel good and I don't dislike exercise. It's just that anything throws me off my routine, then it takes forever to get back on track.

    Did you stay within you nutritional goals? Pretty close - I think an extra handful of almonds might have put me over a bit.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I swam a mile. I might not have gone over my calories because I put that I swam moderately... but I think I am more on the "fast" side :) Whatever... I feel good!!!! :bigsmile:

    What would I have done differently? I shouldn't have just grabbed a handful of almonds... I should know exactly what I am putting in my mouth.

    What is today's personal goals? Count all of my calories and workout this afternoon. I've been trying to get to the gym at lunchtime but then I am limited to the amount of time I can spend. I am going to go this afternoon so I can have 65 minutes on the Elliptical and some weights... I love that I look forward to going to the gym. :bigsmile: It's been such a long time (approx 18 years).

    didn't open that bag of chips that I grabbed

    What would I have done differently? less butter

    What is today's personal goals? workout at the Y even though I don't really want to go tonight, stay within calories

    Yes, calorie wise. I did eat pizza for dinner but skipped the regular pop which saved me.

    Yes, I made it to the group bike ride.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Did not eat rice crispy treats or Twizzlers

    What would I have done differently?
    Maybe not eaten the pizza

    What are today's personal goals?
    Don't eat all the junk at work (again!!! I can't believe how much junk comes in here!). Do bike ride tonight and don't eat after the ride!

    Lost .5 pounds this week. Need to stay in control over the weekends!

    Not dipped into my exercise calories.

    Not dip into exercise calories and drink my water.

    Officially got out of the 190's and in to the 180's :bigsmile:

    skipped the 4 cool ranch Doritos I consumed that I really didn't need :grumble:

    Stay within my calories and drink all my water...Exercise as planned and try to go to bed early :yawn:
