I'm a fan of most any of the Kashi cereals.

Kashi! I love the cinnamon harvest, autumn wheat, and island vanilla whole wheat biscuits (aka shredded wheat.) Go lean crunch is great, too.

Those Kashi cereals are really good. I usually mix half a cup of regular Fiber One with half a cup of something that's not necessarily as healthy...right now, breakfast is half a cup of Fiber One and half a cup of Mom's Naturals Mallow Oat cereal. I am quite sure the Mallow Oats are nutritionally worthless, but they are really delicious.

I like plain Cheerios, Kashi Go Lean, and Familia brand Swiss Balance 100% Natural Premium Muesli, with no sugar added. I especially like the Kashi or the Muesli over yogurt with some fresh fruit cut up in it. Yum!

General Mills Toasted Whole Grain Oat Cheerios. Post Shredded Wheat: Wheat n' Bran, General Mills (Whole Grain) Kix made with all natural corn, and Maypo oatmeal. Those are all my low-sugar favorites. Takes a little getting used to after years of having really sugary cereals, but they've really grown on me and now I can't go without them.
