I'm a fan of most any of the Kashi cereals.0

Kashi! I love the cinnamon harvest, autumn wheat, and island vanilla whole wheat biscuits (aka shredded wheat.) Go lean crunch is great, too.0

shredded wheat in the big yellow box and cream of wheat.
my two favorites.0 -
Those Kashi cereals are really good. I usually mix half a cup of regular Fiber One with half a cup of something that's not necessarily as healthy...right now, breakfast is half a cup of Fiber One and half a cup of Mom's Naturals Mallow Oat cereal. I am quite sure the Mallow Oats are nutritionally worthless, but they are really delicious.0

I don't know if it counts as healthy, but all the Cheerio flavors!0

Plain old cheerios or Rice Krispies0

I like plain Cheerios, Kashi Go Lean, and Familia brand Swiss Balance 100% Natural Premium Muesli, with no sugar added. I especially like the Kashi or the Muesli over yogurt with some fresh fruit cut up in it. Yum!0

General Mills Toasted Whole Grain Oat Cheerios. Post Shredded Wheat: Wheat n' Bran, General Mills (Whole Grain) Kix made with all natural corn, and Maypo oatmeal. Those are all my low-sugar favorites. Takes a little getting used to after years of having really sugary cereals, but they've really grown on me and now I can't go without them.0

Uncle Sam with FLaxseed0

Special K with Berries, Honey Nut Cheerios with Multi grain, and Golden Grams are my favorite.0
