I am 74kg (163 pounds), 5 foot 11 inches and I'm 30 years old. What is the true way to find out what my calorie intake should be?

Don't know your regular activity level, but working with a light activity level, calculator shows BMR at 1723, TDEE at 2240. Going for a 1 pound loss a week, that would be about 1740 before exercise, and I'd recommend you eat most of your exercise calories back.0

My work consists of sitting on my *kitten* all day. But i do exercise 5 days a week (cardio), with 2-3 days of strength training, if this helps .0
