    I eat whatever I want - just in moderation. If I feel like some chocolate I have chocolate. Chinese, Mexican food, pasta. Whatever. Moderation!

    Absolutely agree....I will NOT deny myself anything that I enjoy. I just have to make smart choices more often and work off those that aren't!

    Salt, I really love salt, especially during my TOM, I make foods that are completely salt-laden. I suppose this isn't really a food, but if I could, I would lick salt from the palm of my hand like kids do with pop rocks or pixie sticks. Actually, if they made a pixie stick sized salt stick, I would buy it in bulk.

    I let myself have anything I'm craving as long as it fits into my daily needs. I predominantly eat healthy foods, so I tend to crave things like dark chocolate, hummus, PB - all fine in moderation.

    my guilty pleasures aren't food based. It's more like time to myself, curling up with a good book, watching guilty pleasure tv...i'm moving far from food rewards and into "Me Time" rewards!
    Me too. Although, I am trying to relieve my TV viewing guilt lately by only watching when I'm jogging on a treadmill.

    Co-sign on a couple I've already seen posted; a well crafted beer and/or liquor.

    However, I thoroughly enjoy reality tv. The more drama the better since I'm lucky enough not to have any in my life. Also, gossip mags and food blogs-esp. baking ones.

    I don't feel guilty about it, I just make it fit. Usually I am trying to fit pizza in somewhere, since that is my family's favourite food.

    I eat whatever in MODERATION but mostly focused on how to make healthier choices or cook a little bit healthier like adding veggies to every dinner!! Also have my ME time often!! :D
